RETURNS & EXCHANGE

If you would like to return or exchange your order please contact customercare@apolloswim.com stating your order number
within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Any items received by us after this 14 day period will be returned back to the customer.
We are happy to accept returns/exchanges as long as the items are in their original condition and packaging, clean, unused, unwashed, tags attached and with the protective hygiene sticker still in place.
Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of the items being received and meet the above criteria to our satisfaction. Return payments will be refunded via the original payment source.
If you wish to exchange your items for a different size we will accept your items as per the return policy above. New items will need to be made so the production lead time will still apply unless agreed beforehand. 
All postage costs for returns are at the customers expense. We suggest obtaining a proof of postage when you post your items back to us.
Postage and Packaging costs are non-refundable. We do not accept responsibility for the parcel until it has been received.
Apollo Swim does not cover exchange postage costs for international orders.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if our terms are not met to our satisfaction as stated in our return policy.
Accessories are non-refundable.
