Shipping Options

Free UK shipping for orders over £50

UK Royal Mail  Signed for service – £2.95 – Please allow 1-2 working days after your order has been completed for UK delivery.

UK Royal Mail International Tracked service – £10.00 GBP – Please allow 5-28 working days for international shipping.

Shipping Details

All customers are sent a tracking number upon dispatch.

A signature is required upon delivery. If you are not at home at time of delivery you will be required to collect your order from your local post office. We do not ship to P.O boxes as a signature is required.

If your order is undeliverable or an incorrect shipping address has been entered, Apollo Swim is not held responsible and the customer will not be entitled to a refund. In the event your bikini makes it way back to us, any additional shipping costs are at the customers expense. Please ensure your shipping details are correct.

Apollo Swim is not responsible once your order has left us, please check the status of your delivery with Royal Mail using your tracking number before contacting us.

Customs Fees

Please note Apollo Swim is not responsible for holding times or any customs charges incurred for international orders, so please be aware there may be additional fees on receiving your order, in order for it to be released to you. Please check your countries customs charges before placing an order.

Returns & Exchange Policy

If you would like to return or exchange your order please contact customercare@apolloswim.com stating your order number within 14  days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items received by us after this 14 day period will be returned back to the customer.

We are happy to accept returns/exchanges as long as the items are in their original condition and packaging, clean, unused, unwashed, tags attached and with the protective hygiene sticker still in place.

Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of the items being received and meet the above criteria to our satisfaction.

Return payments will be refunded via the original payment source.

If you wish to exchange your items for a different size we will accept your items as per the return policy above. New items will need to be made so the production lead time will still apply unless agreed beforehand. 

All sale items are non-refundable.

All postage costs for returns are at the customers expense. We suggest obtaining a proof of postage when you post your items back to us.

Postage and Packaging costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept responsibility for the parcel until it has been received.

Apollo Swim does not cover exchange postage costs for international orders.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if our terms are not met to our satisfaction as stated in our return policy.
